Job Description:
Overview: This position is responsible for managing, planning, and developing strategic plans for one of the company's key growth categories, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role will support projects with end users nationwide, leading this category at commercial and operational levels to ensure sales success and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Possess and maintain up-to-date knowledge of commerce, market trends, and top products within relevant industries.
· Understand product offerings to effectively present to end users.
· Develop and implement strategic plans at the regional, territory, and top-user levels to secure annual sales contracts and product specifications.
· Collaborate with Product Management (PM) teams to identify suitable products for the region that align with market needs.
· Work with the commercial team to create cost-benefit proposals that drive conversions among end users.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Branding, and Product teams to develop technically functional materials for the region.
· Attend security-related events and trade shows to identify potential opportunities with current and prospective users.
· Participate in internal and external fairs and seminars to stay updated on market developments and upcoming opportunities in the region.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering).
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the safety sector (PPE).
· Required certifications to conduct training in the field (e.g., STPS, OSHA- 10 Hour | OSHA 30).
· Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities, as well as excellent communication skills to engage effectively with users and clients.
· Willingness to travel up to 60% within the national and international territory.
· Bilingual preferred: Spanish and English.
· Based in Mexico City.
