Ericsson is seeking a Payments Analyst for its Mexico City area to centralize disbursement activities and improve liquidity management. You will handle supplier, payroll, tax, and intercompany payments, ensure proper controls, and coordinate funding.

Strong Excel and ERP skills, plus 1–3 years of related experience, are essential. The role focuses on end-to-end payment processing, validation, scheduling, and risk controls within a centralized treasury environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of general office, data entry or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks or SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Payment execution across supplier, payroll, tax and intercompany items.
• Manage bank connectivity and payment transmission via host-to-host, SWIFT or APIs.
• Enforce payment controls, authorisation limits and maker/checker policies.
• Validate payment files, currencies, and required data before release.
• Coordinate funding and ensure liquidity prior to payments.
• Schedule payments based on due dates and banking requirements.
• Investigate rejected, delayed, or duplicate payments.
• Support fraud and risk controls for payment integrity.
• Assist in bank account rationalization and centralized treasury.
• Provide payment status reporting and reconciliation data for audit.
