Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking a quality-focused professional to join our manufacturing support team. You will monitor performance, drive supplier improvements, and ensure QMS activities and product quality are met across projects.

The role emphasizes data management, project coordination, and analytical problem solving within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Remote/hybrid work options available, with offices in CDMX, Guadalajara, and Aguascalientes.

• Participate in PQP element determination (FAI, capability study, FMEA, control plan, Gage R&R) and approve/execut e with supplier

Your role

• Performance monitoring, supplier improvements, Track and execution for QMS activities such as SCARs, ISO /Product certificates, DPPMS/Defects for production area, SCRs, SCNs and other repetitive activities.
• Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with GE Healthcare’s Quality requirements
• Participate in Part quality plan (PQP) element determination (FAI, capability study, FMEA, control plan, Gage RR), approval & execution with supplier

Your profile

• 1-3 years of professional experience in quality, manufacturing, product quality, supplier quality, supplier development or engineering experience in manufacturing environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in EMS manufacturing process focused in SMT, PWAs assembly, electronic HLA assembly is a plus
• Experience in mechanical is a plus
