Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a quality-focused professional to support supplier quality and QMS activities within a manufacturing environment in Mexico. You will monitor performance, drive improvements with suppliers, and ensure compliance with ISO/product certifications and defect management.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in quality or manufacturing, strong data skills with Excel, and project leadership abilities. Flexible work modality offered across remote, hybrid, or on-site projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with data management and MS Excel for analysis.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical problem solving and ability to manage complex tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with sound judgment.
• Nice to have EMS manufacturing process experience (SMT, PWAs, electronic assemblies).
• Nice to have mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performance monitoring and supplier improvements for QMS activities.
• Track and execute SCARs, ISO/Product certificates, DPPMS/Defects in production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
