Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing quality team in Aguascalientes. You will support performance monitoring, supplier improvements, and QMS activities across production areas, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

We value 1–3 years of relevant experience, data management and project management skills, and strong analytical problem solving. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive quality improvements and sustain manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality.
• Proficient in data management and Excel.
• Experience in project management and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Performance monitoring and supplier improvements for QMS activities.
• Track and execution for SCARs, ISO products, DPPMS defects, SCRs, SCNs.
• Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with GE Healthcare's Quality requirements.
• Participate in PQP element determination (FAI, capability study, FMEA, control plan, Gage RR) and approval with supplier.
