Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a quality-focused professional to support supplier quality within manufacturing. You will monitor performance, drive supplier improvements, and ensure QMS tasks align with ISO and product certificates.

The role offers collaboration across global teams and exposure to EMS processes. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in quality or manufacturing settings, strong data handling with Excel, and solid project management and analytical skills.

Your role

• Performance monitoring, supplier improvements, Track and execution for QMS activities such as SCARs, ISO /Product certificates, DPPMS/Defects for production area, SCRs, SCNs and other repetitive activities.
• Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with GE Healthcare’s Quality requirements
• Participate in Part quality plan (PQP) element determination (FAI, capability study, FMEA, control plan, Gage RR), approval & execution with supplier

Your profile

• 1-3 years of professional experience in quality, manufacturing, product quality, supplier quality, supplier development or engineering experience in manufacturing environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in EMS manufacturing process focused in SMT, PWAs assembly, electronic HLA assembly is a plus
• Experience in mechanical is a plus
