About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Staff Accountant eager to take the first steps in their accounting career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of accounting principles and a proactive attitude. You’ll support essential accounting functions while gaining hands-on experience in a U.S.-based business environment.

What You’ll Do

Month-End Close Support

• Assist with preparing and posting journal entries.
• Help reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
• Support the month-end close process and reporting activities.

Financial Transactions & Reconciliations

• Assist in processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Verify and organize invoice and billing documentation.
• Help reconcile AR ledgers and resolve basic discrepancies.

Intercompany Receivables

• Support the tracking and reconciliation of intercompany balances.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

• Assist in maintaining balance sheet schedules and support documentation.

General Support

• Perform administrative accounting tasks as needed.
• Help maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.

What Will Get You Aboard?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience or internships.
• Understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning.
• Comfortable with Excel and data entry.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written communication).
• Team-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a professional setting.
