Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Ciudad Acuña is seeking an entry-level specialist to perform foundational SAP transactions and clerical supply chain tasks in support of Central Planners and Supplier Integrators.

You will create and adjust purchase orders, maintain master data, track shipments, and support inventory accuracy while adhering to process discipline and compliance requirements. This role offers learning opportunities in ERP/MRP and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in supply chain, materials, procurement planning or operations.
• Experience executing ERP/MRP transactions (POs, confirmations, master data).
• Experience with suppliers and logistics partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust, and maintain purchase orders for externally sourced components.
• Update PO dates, quantities, and supplier acknowledgements.
• Input and maintain customer and supplier order data in ERP systems.
• Transmit releases to suppliers and track acknowledgements.
• Support inventory monitoring and accuracy for purchased components.
• Maintain material master, purchasing info records, and planning parameters.
