Job summary

ALTEN México is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to support creation, submission, and tracking of requisitions, purchase orders and invoices within SAP, ensuring timely processing for software development and engineering teams.

You will coordinate with global purchasing, Finance, and SWE teams, translate project needs into procurement actions, maintain accurate records, and generate routine and ad hoc reports to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Procurement Operations, Business Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced experience with SAP procurement modules and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, submission, and tracking of requisitions, POs and invoices.
• Coordinate with global purchasing and vendor onboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for SWE teams, ICT, and Finance for procurement activities.
• Maintain records and generate routine and ad hoc procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with processes and audit requirements.
