Descripción del empleo

Our client is an international industrial group specialized in the design, manufacturing, and integration of mobile robotic solutions (AGV/AMR) for intralogistics automation. Its technologies are used to optimize material flow and transport in factories, warehouses, and production environments across a variety of industries, including automotive, electronics, and consumer goods.

As part of its growth in the Americas, the company is looking for its future JuniorSales Engineer to lead business development in Mexico and contribute to the expansion of its operations across the region.

The position is based in Puebla, with frequent travel across Mexico and occasional international trips.

Missions

Reporting to the Country Manager in Mexico and working closely with the European headquarters, you will lead the commercial development of the local subsidiary.

You are responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities and supporting customers with tailored robotic solutions.

You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to project handover, and work in collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

You will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of AGVs and AMRs to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of the client solutions.

You will lead contract and commercial negotiations with key clients, securing strategic agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.

You represent the company in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events. Your presence in the field and ability to understand technical and operational challenges are key to converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will contribute to strengthening the commercial structure, building a robust customer pipeline, and helping position the Mexican office as the central hub for operations across the Americas.

Profile

You have a degree in engineering (industrial, mechatronics, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields in sales) and at least 1-3years of experience in B2B technical sales in an industrial environment.

You are confident working in consultative sales roles and have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.

You are comfortable selling high-value solutions and engaging in technical discussions related to automation, supply chain, or production flows. Experience in the robotics or automation industry is a strong plus.

You are proactive, results-driven, and autonomous. You enjoy developing new client relationships and working on solutions tailored to industrial challenges.

You speak English at a intermediate to advancedlevel (sufficient for technical communication). Familiarity with methodologies such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, JIT, JIS, or supply chain logistics is appreciated.

You are based in Puebla or willing to relocate, and available to travel frequently across Mexico (up to 80%). A valid U.S. visa is considered a plus.

Why join our client?

Our client is a dynamic European company at the forefront of intralogistics innovation. The Mexican subsidiary plays a key role in regional expansion and is set to become the group's hub for the Americas. You will join a growing, high-impact team working closely with international experts.

If you are motivated to take ownership of the market, build customer relationships, and promote automation solutions with real industrial impact — this position is for you.
