Job summary

You will analyze production data, lead root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions that drive lasting quality improvements, while collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to strengthen processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process flow charts, control plans, and PFMEAs.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify improvements.
• Lead investigations into defects, test failures, and customer concerns.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct process and product audits to ensure quality controls.
• Support audits by customers, regulators, and certifications.
• Drive compliance with ISO 9001, CSA, ASME, ASTM, IEC, and IEEE standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
