Jobtailor in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a QA automation tester to develop and maintain automated test scripts and scenarios using tools such as Postman, ensuring API reliability across the product stack. You will support API, unit, component integration, and workflow testing; maintain test environments with basic server setup; review results, identify root causes, and help drive corrective actions.

Basic understanding of software testing, automation, APIs, and the software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and algorithmic skills.
Basic knowledge of Postman, JSON, SQL Server, or similar technologies preferred.
Ability to learn new tools and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong English communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and willing to learn.
High school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent education, training, or experience may be considered.
