Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration, Sociology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about non-profit project management.
• Good written and verbal communication in Spanish.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in day-to-day execution of social development projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, beneficiaries, and community partners.
• Organize project-related events, workshops, and meetings.
• Maintain project databases and filing systems with accurate records.
