• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Cultural Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, public relations, or marketing, preferably in cultural or tourism sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Experience budgeting and vendor management.
• Hybrid role with regular attendance in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca, MX.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cultural events, exhibitions, and festivals.
• Develop and manage promotion of events through media channels, including press releases and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, bloggers, and influencers for positive coverage.
• Liaise with artists, performers, and cultural organizations to facilitate participation.
• Manage event logistics: venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination.
• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the institution's profile.
• Assist in crafting brochures, newsletters, and website content.
• Support media visits and VIP engagements.
