Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Process Development & Engineering professional to lead design and deployment of innovations, growth and productivity projects in a consumer-centric way.

You will coordinate with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing, run modelling, simulations, pilot plant trials, and scale-up activities while ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP, and protect IP to gain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret data to draw clear conclusions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design and deployment for innovations and productivity.
• Coordinate with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing teams.
• Perform modelling, simulations, and pilot plant trials.
• Plan process development including scale-up and commissioning.
• Assess technical risk and maintain consumer-centric specs.
• Manage resources and stakeholders while driving IP creation.
