Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Process Development Engineer to design and deploy process solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring consumer-centric specifications and compliance with HACCP practices. You will collaborate with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing, driving scale-up, risk assessments, and project communication.

You will contribute to process design, trials, and the use of data to guide decisions, while coordinating with external agencies and stakeholders to deliver impactful

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process development projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Plan and conduct process design, scale-up and commissioning activities.
• Assess technical risks and communicate project statuses and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Create and maintain consumer-centric process specifications and intellectual property.
