Job summary

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Mechatronics Design & Release Engineer to lead the design, development, timing, and production release of cockpit interior components and systems.

You will own end-to-end component ownership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support DVPR testing, BOM maintenance, and production releases. The role involves NX/CATIA-based design in Cockpit - Control and Sensors with 1+ years experience and English level B2–C1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering (or MBA).
• 1–3 years in reviewing, validating, and releasing automotive cockpit designs.

Responsibilities

• Component design, development, and packaging.
• Collaboration with DVPR testing and change management.
• Bill of material maintenance and production build support.
• Issues management and supplier coordination.
• CAD model management in Teamcenter.
• Weight and cost reduction initiatives.
