Acuity is seeking a Materials Planner to analyze the Supply Plan, compare it with orders and inventory, and determine material requirements to be requisitioned through Oracle. The role ensures material availability for production and customers while balancing supply and demand.

Responsibilities include maintaining Kanban loops, managing MRP/Kanban/DSY planning, creating internal orders, and monitoring material flow to prevent shortages. Travel is 0-25%.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in supply chain.
• Experience processing data using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with supply and material planning decisions.
• Inventory optimization experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the Supply Plan and determine material requirements.
• Analyze material consumption and current inventory levels.
• Maintain Kanban Loops using the standard deviation formula.
• Manage MRP / Kanban / DSY planning categories.
• Create ISO / Internal Orders and monitor delivery.
• Follow up on materials received that are on hold/quarantine.
• Monitor material availability and flow to prevent shortages.
• Manage Phase In / Phase Down / Phase Out processes.
• Support Product Introductions, Transfers, and ECOs.
• Adjust material planning according to product or engineering changes.
