NAPS is seeking a professional in foreign trade and customs to join our team at Los Pinos Industrial Park, Baja California. The role oversees timely handling of customs documentation and guides the team to meet department metrics.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, conversational English (mandatory), experience in a similar position, and knowledge of Anexo 24 system management (SEER preferred); familiarity with sectoral programs and maritime shipments (Ensenada) is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Conversational English mandatory.
• Experience in a similar position required.
• Knowledge of Anexo 24 system management (preferably SEER).
• General experience in operations, application of sectoral programs (Prosec, R8, etc.), maritime shipments (Ensenada).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor the fulfillment of time objectives and procedures in handling documentation according to department metrics.
• Guide the team when doubts arise about a work instruction or address extraordinary incidents raised by clients or suppliers.
• Ensure the team correctly and promptly closes customs documentation, applying government program benefits.
