ALTEN Mexico is seeking an Interiors Design & Release Engineer to drive the design, development, validation, timing, and production release of interior seat components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate interior system development and contribute to process improvements.

Location: Mexico. Experience: 1+ years. English: B2–C1. Full-time engineering role with visa optional. Benefits include health care, development opportunities, and wellness resources.

Formación

• 1–3 years in reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive components (Seats).
• Experience with complete seat, trim covers, foams, headrest and armrest.
• Materials such as foam, cloth, leather, vinyl, PP, ABS, metallic structures or electronic components.

Responsabilidades

• Interiors D&R Engineer is responsible for the component and system level design, development, validation, timing and production release of interiors areas, with focus on seats components.
