Descripción de la vacante

Givaudan Mexico is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to manage material movement from importation through final delivery, focusing on import/export follow-up and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with global logistics teams and customs brokers to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6–12 months of experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel), and advanced English proficiency.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of material transportation flow, and local/international safety and product/material regulations.
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
  • Understanding of warehouse operational flow.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving regulations and protocols.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations applicable to materials and products.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

  • Support global logistics coordination, ensuring accurate document review and service to customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure all administrative activities related to foreign trade operations comply with import and export regulations.
  • Interface with site logistics organizations and suppliers to ensure understanding of import/export documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate documentation procedures with customs brokers to ensure proper import and export processes.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and procedures, and participate in site/division projects related to customs and trade compliance.
  • Ensure the accurate upload and maintenance of foreign trade documentation in electronic systems.

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for material movement operations from importation through final delivery to the destination site, with a focus on import and export follow-up and compliance with all governmental requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support global logistics coordination, ensuring accurate document review and providing service to customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure all administrative activities related to foreign trade operations comply with import and export regulations.

Education & Experience
