• 1.5 to 3 years FP&A and accounting processes, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Foundational knowledge of financial/ accounting analysis to support business decisions, GAAP basics.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and databases; Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and adaptability to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting deadlines.
• Good English level; Guadalajara-based; hybrid work mode.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain accounting and financial systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Download/upload financial data; set up SAP templates and systems; perform tie-outs.
• Develop financial reporting; support forecasting, budgeting, and closing cycles.
• Conduct data analyses to aid periodic financial and operational reviews.
• Contribute to budgets, forecasts, capital planning, and long-term strategies.
• Perform gap analyses; calculate capex and depreciation; prepare journal entries.
