• Understanding of packaging design and digital banners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Execute packaging adaptations and digital assets per creative direction.
• Support label partner packaging and retail digital assets.
• Create and version Amazon banners and campaign assets.
• Assist in scaling high-volume retail deliverables via templates and design systems.
• Prepare production-ready packaging files for UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats.
• Support revisions and updates to packaging mechanicals.
• Organize files and readiness for production with Senior Designer.
• Perform QC checks for correct versions, formatting, and specs.
• Follow workflows for file naming, organization, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Designer, Creative Manager, and Asset Coordinator.
• Manage multiple assignments in fast-paced production.
• Develop skills in packaging design and production workflows.
• Learn print production basics and file preparation standards.
• Apply best practices for efficiency and repeatable design execution.
