Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Digital Designer to craft high-visual-impact solutions across print, web, interactive and presentation materials, aligned to brand guidelines and client needs. You will collaborate with Creative Leads to deliver on-time, compliant design output.

The role emphasizes user-centric design, proficiency with Adobe tools, HTML/CSS basics, video production, and responsible use of Generative AI to boost productivity while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Experience in a design agency environment or similar industry.
Expert in Adobe design applications and industry standard software.
Proficiency in Mac OS, Windows and MS Office.
Web experience with HTML5, CSS, and web design principles.
Video production experience from pre- to post-production.

Responsibilities

Produce work in line with department guidelines, compliance and policies, and collaborate with colleagues.
Clearly communicate creative recommendations to colleagues and business partners.
Coordinate with Creative Leads and Account managers from start to finish, including project turnaround and presenting finished work.
Maintain high quality by reviewing work and aiming for zero errors.
Act as primary day-to-day contact for business partners on design projects.
Report project concerns and suggest improvements to the team.
Monitor productivity and address challenges with Creative Leads.
