Epicor is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to review and correct Salesforce data, perform quality checks, and ensure data meets business rules. You will validate accuracy, document corrections, and support centralized data maintenance while working with large datasets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in data validation and strong SQL and Excel skills, with excellent communication and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query languages.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with ability to identify data anomalies.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Review and correct data records and transactions in Salesforce.
• Perform manual data quality checks and identify inaccuracies.
• Update records according to business rules and data standards.
• Validate data accuracy before and after corrections.
• Follow standardized processes and document data corrections.
• Track issues and ensure corrections are completed accurately.
• Support centralization of data correction and maintenance activities.
• Work with large volumes of data with high attention to detail.
• Use Excel to review, compare, calculate, and validate information.
• Learn and follow internal systems, workflows, and Salesforce processes as needed.
