Epicor is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to review and correct data records within Salesforce, performing rigorous quality checks and maintaining data standards. You will help ensure data accuracy before and after corrections, while following standardized processes and documenting steps for traceability.

The role requires 2+ years in data validation and reconciliation, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to handle large data volumes with meticulous attention to detail.

• 2+ years of experience in data validation, cleansing or reconciliation.
• Proficiency with SQL and database queries.
• Experience with Excel for data review and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail to identify data anomalies.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Review and correct data records and transactions in Salesforce.

• Learn and follow internal systems, workflows, and Salesforce processes as needed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Follow standardized processes and documentation when performing data corrections.

• Support the centralization of data correction and data maintenance activities within the team.
• Work with large volumes of data while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Use Excel to review, compare, calculate, and validate information.
• Learn and follow internal systems, workflows, and Salesforce processes as needed.

What You Will Likely Bring

• 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated with Data validation, Data cleansing and Data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query languages
• Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with ability to identify data anomalies
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

What Could Set You Apart

• Experience with Salesforce as a user or any similar ERP or CRM
