Responsibilities Include:

• Enhance CRM/Data Integrity/Governance
  

Map existing organizational data ecosystem and infrastructure to locate opportunities for how our data is collected, processed, and stored.
Proactively locate and define new structured or unstructured data channels to enhance current organizational data.
Analyze existing CRM data for accuracy and relevancy.
Creation of accurate, insightful & informative technical documentation.
Centralize data across to build a trusted and secure data foundation that can be used as the basis for generative AI and LLMs to be built upon it.

• Business Intelligence / Dashboards / Reports
  

• Identify, classify, and visualize structured and unstructured data sets to improve the team’s ability to act.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience working in IT support, data management, data visualization, integrations and automation in a fast-paced business environment with a STEM Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  

• Experience managing or working with structured and unstructured data sets.
  

• Proficiency in GSuite, Mac OS environments.
  

• Strong understanding of database management and data integration (Airtable, Zapier).
  

• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, XML, Javascript) to extract and interpret CRM data.
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  

• Preferred - Understanding of the relationship between startups and venture capital.
  

• Preferred - Understanding of Generative AI and GPT models.
  

• This is a 100% remote position.
