Royalton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Junior BI Developer (Power BI) to design, develop, and enhance Power BI reporting solutions across Finance, Operations, and Revenue. You will contribute to migrating reports to Power BI while ensuring data accuracy and performance.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience creating dashboards, strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data visualization best practices; fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, BI, or Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data visualization best practices
• Experience translating reporting requirements into BI solutions
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, workspaces, gateways, refresh schedules, and report deployment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Business Objects is a plus
• Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Fabric certification is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and interactive visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into BI solutions
• Support migration of legacy reports to Power BI while ensuring data accuracy
• Troubleshoot report issues, validate data, and optimize dashboard performance
• Work with Data Engineers and BI team to deliver scalable reporting solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and support BI reporting improvements
