• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales of financial products.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attract and retain new customers and sell financial products.
• Promote and sell financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments; achieve monthly sales goals.
• Complete branch sales and/or visit clients and prospected customers for sales.
• Complete customer retention.
• Select the best course of action from defined options and understand consequences.
• Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience measured by metrics.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citi's reputation, and escalate concerns with transparency.
