A global automotive development company is seeking a Junior Assembly Planner in Puebla. This role involves planning and implementing production equipment, analyzing assembly processes, and managing projects in a dynamic team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and has relevant experience within the automotive industry.

Formación

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience at an OEM.
  • Substantial experience in specific planning fields in the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

  • Escorting planning and implementation phases of production equipment.
  • Analysis and implementation of assembly structures and processes.
  • Project management including monitoring of dates and documentation.

DESCRIPTION
  • Escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.
  • Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes
  • Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.
  • Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs
  • Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools
  • Selection, design and sourcing of equipment
  • Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)
  • Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience at an OEM
  • Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically in Assembly Equipment Planning and Process Planning.
  • Knowledge of ergonomics and automotive Ergonomics Standards is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Kanban Systematic
  • CATIA
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent English
  • German A2 (is a plus)
