JUNIOR ASSEMBLY PLANNER.
Description
- Escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.
- Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes
- Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.
- Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs
- Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools
- Selection, design and sourcing of equipment
- Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)
- Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience at an OEM
- Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically in Assembly Equipment Planning and Process Planning.
- Knowledge of ergonomics and automotive Ergonomics Standards is an advantage
- Knowledge in Kanban Systematic
- CATIA
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English
- German A2 (is a plus)
