Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring Junior AI/ML Engineers to build AI agents enabling customer conversations via voice and chat. You’ll join a team that builds retrieval-augmented systems and integrates them with CRMs and databases to deliver production-ready solutions.

You’ll work with Python, Git, Docker, and cloud services, contributing to secure, scalable AI experiences across English and Spanish. This fully remote role welcomes candidates in Colombia or Mexico who are eager to learn and grow in

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in software or ML engineering.
• Strong Python, Git, Docker, and SQL basics.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on with an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building AI agents calling tools or APIs (LangChain, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that interact with users, call tools and APIs, and hand conversations off to human agents when needed.
• Develop retrieval pipelines (RAG) to answer questions using approved sources.
• Integrate systems with CRMs, ticketing systems, databases, and messaging channels.
• Build and manage APIs with gateways, authentication, rate limits, and versioning.
• Support voice AI development using STT, LLMs, and TTS in English and Spanish.
• Test and improve quality via evaluations, tests, and guardrails.
• Support deployment and monitoring through CI/CD and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions.
