Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Client Services Team in LATAM, reporting to the Director of Account Management, LATAM. As an Audiences Specialist at Epsilon, you will support clients in adopting best practices for audiences and collaborate with teams such as Product, Sales, and Technology.

You will develop practices to maximize client benefits and analyze industry data to provide strategic solutions aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Act as the primary contact for technical issues, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Develop and automate internal processes and manuals for audience products.
  • Identify and report issues or bugs to relevant internal teams.
  • Analyze client reports and optimize audience strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between client services and technology teams to enhance support and suggest new features.
  • Provide first-level support to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities and increase client lifetime value.

Who You Are

  • Experience managing and analyzing digital campaign reports.
  • Experience working with clients across different industries, understanding their digital needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • Experience with social or programmatic platforms.
  • Proactive in learning and adopting new tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
