A global technology leader in Mexico is looking for a Team Supervisor in Logistics. The role involves leading the logistics strategy execution, managing operational targets, and overseeing team performance. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, strong personnel management skills, and proficiency in SAP. A commitment to continuous improvement is essential. Utilize your logistics expertise and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact to business results.
