Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Juarez, Mexico seeks a Jr Supervisor to coordinate and support a team for operational efficiency and objective achievement. You will oversee daily activities, manage resources, and ensure policies are followed, reporting to the ISC Operations Manager on-site.

You will lead a team to deliver projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and push continuous improvements to boost productivity and performance, contributing to departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing final semesters of an Engineering degree or recently graduated in Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of leadership experience managing teams in a technical or operational environment.
• English intermediate (B1).
• Knowledge of basic production KPIs.
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage project timelines effectively.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Microsoft Office.

As a Jr Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and support a team to ensure operational efficiency and meet business objectives. You will assist in overseeing daily activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact team performance and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals by supporting leadership in operational execution and fostering a productive work environment.

YOU MUST HAVE
