How you will make a difference?
- Fully responsible for the shift supervisors’ team to achieve maximum production, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Assist in the selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to ensure an adequate flow of applicants meeting hiring standards.
- Represent plant personnel on safety issues and programs; keep management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
- Comply with all personnel policies and procedures as set by company standards and regulations.
- Monitor compliance with and consistency of job quality standards to ensure first-quality production.
- Monitor compliance with preventive maintenance requirements on machines and conveyors; report damages and losses due to negligence or non-compliance.
- Train new personnel as required.
- Communicate for basic alignment with planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar field.
Language
- English - Overall / Fluent (must).
Experience and Aptitudes
- Strong leader capable of motivating people (must).
- High energy, proactive attitude (must).
- Lean knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening).

- Availability to travel (valid Passport and US Visa desirable).
