A leading technology company in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to manage customer orders and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a degree in business administration or related field, and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP and Power BI will be a plus. Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and Power BI preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Resolve order exceptions and coordinate with warehouses.
  • Provide customer service through timely communication.

Long Description

Principal Accountabilities
  • Customer Order Management: Full processing from order receipt to delivery, including exception resolution and coordination with sales, credit, and logistics.
  • ZOODI Maintenance: Daily resolution of order exceptions, tracking of special instructions, and coordination with warehouses.
  • Special Pricing Processing: Creation and auditing of BIDs for specific regions (NOLA, Brazil).
  • Special Order Management: Includes demos, employee sales, no-charge orders, intercompany transactions, software, rentals, and credit/debit notes.
  • Returns Processing (RMA): Coordination with logistics for the collection and receipt of returned products.
  • Backorder Management: Product allocation, coordination with inventory planning, and order release according to schedule.
  • Customer Service: Timely response to emails and calls, delivery of requested reports, and portal configuration.
  • Account Management: Investigation and issuance of credit and debit notes.
  • Support for Epson Partner Portal Clients: Training, troubleshooting, and assistance with tax matters (Brazil).
  • Internal Relationship Management: Collaboration with other departments to meet objectives and ensure accurate deliveries.
Main Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (Distribution Requirement Planning).
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
