We are looking for a
Jr Sales Analyst with a focus on Sales Operations to support pipeline growth and commercial efficiency through data management, metrics analysis, and process optimization. This person will work closely with the sales team and leadership to monitor MRR, generate forecasts, build dashboards, and extract insights, while also occasionally contributing to prospecting and business development activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales talent to learn, grow, and have direct impact in a high-velocity startup environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key sales metrics: recurring revenue (MRR), forecast, and pipeline evolution
- Create dashboards and insights: prepare visual reports to support decision-making
- Update and organize data to ensure the team always works with accurate information
- Analyze the sales process performance to identify improvement areas, mapping prospecting needs and opportunities based on sales executives’ metrics, ensuring quarterly targets are met, and producing forecasts for future periods
- Support outbound campaigns with the BDR team (prospecting, follow-ups, and measuring results)

- HubSpot (CRM and sales automation)
- Apollo (prospecting and data enrichment)
- Gong (conversation intelligence and call analysis)
- Google Sheets / Excel (data analysis)
- Visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar)
Qualifications:
- Advanced or native English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales Ops, BDR, SDR, or commercial roles
- Experience or interest in B2B SaaS, fintech, tech, or payments
- Ability to analyze data and present clear conclusions
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes
