Job Summary

As a Junior Product Manager at Midea, you will play a vital role in supporting our product management team through various key responsibilities. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive market research, formulating strategic product plans, performing competitive analysis on products and pricing structures, and facilitating collaboration across multiple departments. You'll also be responsible for monitoring key product performance indicators and collecting valuable customer insights to drive continuous product enhancements. This position serves as an essential component in Midea's mission to develop and deliver innovative, market-leading products that meet consumer needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Understand customer needs and trends.
• Product Development Support: Contribute to new product ideas and requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams like engineering, design, and marketing.
• Product Documentation: Create and maintain product specs, manuals, and marketing materials.
• Product Launch Support: Plan and execute launches, coordinate with marketing.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, feedback, and market share.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer input.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest product enhancements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks.
• Among other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
• 3+ years of experience as a Jr Product Manager or a related position.
• Knowledge of sales and product management skills, preferably within home appliance industry.
• Field experiences desirable and availability to travel

Travel Requirements:

This position involves regular business travel, primarily during weekdays. Your responsibilities will include visiting client locations, attending industry conferences, delivering professional presentations, and leading training sessions.
