A leading technology company in Ciudad de México is looking for a Marketing Specialist to implement brand strategy and manage marketing budgets. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative abilities, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, and at least one year of experience in branding strategy implementation.
Responsible for implementing the brand strategy. Applies consumer insights and market intelligence to the process of developing approaches to linking a brand identity to the company and its products. Collaborates with creative and media agencies, channel marketing, digital marketing and public relations teams to understand their market needs and links brand positioning to maximize customer loyalty and connection to the product and company. Partners with cross-functional teams to assure pristine execution of marketing plans. Makes sure brand guidelines are correctly implemented across marketing touchpoints.
Understands the objectives of a campaign, the target audience, and the key messages & performance indicators to be delivered and follows through implementation making sure correct deployment is completed on time, delivering or surpassing results. Evaluates effectiveness and cost of various media outlets and recommends best alternatives for increasing company visibility, brand awareness and sales growth. Maintains and tracks marketing budget to ensure the resources are aligned to marketing priorities. Follows through sponsorship programs implementation (entertainment & sports). Identifies and analyzes problems and possible causes.
