A leading HR firm in Ciudad Juárez seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to manage team operations and enhance client relations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in HR management and strong skills in Excel and industrial security. Key responsibilities include overseeing payroll, implementing strategies for team success, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Supervisor or HR Manager.
  • Experience in industrial and asset security.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and processing payroll.

  • Oversee services related to industrial security and payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Team management
  • Ongoing communication with clients and support teams
  • Implement strategies to achieve internal customer satisfaction and team success
  • Serve as an advisor on matters such as industrial and asset security, payroll, labor relations, etc.
  • Responsible for overseeing services such as industrial and asset security, cafeteria, transportation, and medical department
Requirements
  • Completed bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Supervisor or HR Manager
  • Experience in industrial and asset security
  • Proficiency in Tress system (report creation, payroll processing)
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Advanced knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), severance and settlement calculations, and SDI (Integrated Daily Salary)
  • Experience in employee offboarding processes, terminations, negotiations, and administrative/labor issues
  • KPI management and presentation
  • Creation and follow-up of HR department processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of NOM-035 compliance
  • Team supervision
  • Experience managing multi-plant operations or facilities with various shifts
  • Highly organized
  • Strong negotiation skill
