Formación

Role At A Glance

As a Junior Growth Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities by analyzing customer behavior within our SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to uncover insights that drive user retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

In this role, you’ll help build a data-driven understanding of how users interact with our platform, identifying friction points and areas of opportunity. Your analysis will directly influence strategic decisions and contribute to improving the customer experience and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key customer experience metrics (retention, feature usage, NPS, churn, CLV).
  • Generate reports and insights to improve onboarding, engagement, and support processes.
  • Identify patterns of platform adoption, usage, or drop-off.
  • Support up-sell and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
  • Design dashboards and automations to monitor customer health.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects based on platform usage data.
  • Identify Business Opportunities based on the usage metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics or metrics roles within Customer Success, Product, or Growth teams (preferably in SaaS environments).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, database handling).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zendesk).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to present data clearly.
  • Interest in collaborative work with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
