Capgemini Engineering is seeking an automotive embedded software engineer in Mexico to develop and integrate embedded software for ECUs using C/C++. The role requires AUTOSAR Classic experience, SWC development, and DIagnostics integration, with focus on ADAS projects.

You will debug, perform unit and integration tests, and support system validation while maintaining ASPICE-compliant processes and thorough documentation. Advanced English communication is required.

• Hands‑on experience with AUTOSAR Classic, including SWC development, BSW configuration, and RTE integration.
• Experience working on ADAS projects and using debugging/trace tools.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and ASPICE‑compliant development environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, ownership and customer‑focused mindset; advanced English communication.

Your Profile

• Experience working on ADAS projects and using debugging tools such as JTAG, debuggers, and trace tools.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and ASPICE‑compliant development environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, ownership, and customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Advanced English communication skills.
