We are seeking a Junior Electronics Repair Engineer to join our dynamic repair and maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in electronic product repair who is looking to further develop their technical skills in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

• Perform diagnosis, repair, and replacement of electronic sub-products and components.
• Use maintenance tools such as multimeters and electric screwdrivers for effective troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements performed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the repair process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
• Communicate technical issues and updates in both English and Spanish when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in repairing and replacing electronic products.
• Proficient in the use of repair tools such as multimeters and electric screwdrivers.
• Strong understanding of sub-product maintenance and replacement techniques.
• English – Intermediate to Advanced. Must be able to interact fluently and spontaneously in technical discussions.
