Wipro Limited in Guadalajara is seeking a Jr Electronic Engineer (Recent Graduate) to join a global hardware team. Fresh graduates will be hands-on from day one, mentored by experienced engineers, and work on board- and system-level diagnostics in a modern production environment.

You will set up and maintain test stations, perform first-level debugging, document findings, and collaborate with engineering and operations on builds and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Recent graduate (2025–2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Genuine passion for hardware, electronics, and hands-on technical work.
• Foundational knowledge in circuits, embedded systems, PCB design, or lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.).
• Curiosity, problem-solving drive, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on-site in the Guadalajara metropolitan area.

Responsabilidades

• Support board- and system-level diagnostics, testing, and validation in a modern production environment.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing test stations to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform first-level debugging of hardware, collect diagnostic data, and document your findings.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams on builds, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Learn and follow technical documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.

What we're looking for

English is mandatory

This is a global, international role, so an intermediate‑to‑advanced level of English (spoken and written) is a firm requirement — you’ll use it every day with cross‑border teams.
