Confie, the largest independent personal lines insurance agency and broker in the United States, operates a Shared Services Center in Tijuana, Baja California. This role maintains, fixes, and develops new automations/workflows and Web/Console Applications to support company initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, test, and document software solutions that deliver high-quality user experiences and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Experience developing and delivering coding projects, either academic or professional.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to develop software solutions based on requirements and design specifications outlined in the Solution Design Document (SDD).
• Develop, test, and maintain code while ensuring adherence to coding standards and software development best practices.
• Perform unit testing prior to QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in technical and functional design discussions, contributing to the implementation of effective and scalable solutions.
• Review and implement technical solutions as designed, ensuring an optimal user experience and system performance.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation related to software development and system functionality.
