Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Execution: Manage and execute the People Strategies & Plans that attract, develop, and retain employees in accordance with the company's short- and long-term business needs.
  • HR Strategy and Execution: Support and drive Nestlé Initiatives such as Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles, Organizational Alignment, and NIM. Ensure the culture & working environment is open, empowering, fair, and equitable.
  • HR Strategy and Execution: Manage salary administration (salaries, benefits, bonus, and total cash compensation) to ensure internal equity and fair administration of Nestlé compensation philosophy. Oversee the annual merit review cycle as well as periodic reviews of equity and promotions.
  • Organizational Development: Provide counsel to management on organizational design to meet business objectives and drive superior performance. Manage smooth organizational transitions.
  • Recruitment: Through the recruitment COE, oversee the recruitment process including assisting managers in developing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, generating offers including compensation recommendations, managing new hire processes, and onboarding.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Utilize performance, talent, and succession planning systems to help drive the achievement of company goals. Conduct talent review/talent calibration sessions. Conduct business unit succession planning/talent management plans. Ensure high performance is rewarded and poor performance handled appropriately. Provide counsel and guidance to leadership on people management and development issues. Facilitate 360-degree feedback discussions.
  • Training: Organize and implement training/development programs with COE that meet the goals and objectives of the team/individual. Assess, develop, and facilitate training sessions occasionally.
  • Employee Relations: Provide employee relations guidance and counsel to management and employees. Ensure compliance with local labor law (respecting each market attended) and Nestlé policies (NIM). Conduct investigations of misconduct when required. Establish relationships with employees at all levels, promoting open communication and honest, respectful feedback.

Required Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, acting as HR Generalist, Specialist (COE), or Management role in a corporate, manufacturing plant, distribution center, or sales environment
  • Experience leading or managing change in a corporate environment
  • Employee relations and coaching experience
  • Project management skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining a high-performance culture
  • Skills in building engagement and commitment (influencing, coaching, presentation, and facilitation)
  • Ability to create, analyze, and utilize metrics to monitor HR effectiveness
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
