Placements24 is seeking an experienced Jefe de Turno de Manufactura to oversee production operations during a shift in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX. You will lead a team of production operators and supervisors, manage daily operations, and drive process improvements to boost productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by shift schedules.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Residency or willingness to relocate to Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX.
