Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in supervision or management.
• Proven track record of managing production operations and meeting targets.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet demand and operational goals.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors and line operators, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track KPIs.
• Manage the production budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
