- Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with Structures specialization.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent license.
- 12+ years of structural engineering experience with leadership.
- Experience managing large-scale structural projects (high-rises, industrial facilities, infrastructure).
- Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structural engineering team in design, analysis, and implementation of structural systems.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for structural works.
- Coordinate selection of materials and structural systems; ensure compliance with codes.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, consultants, and regulators.
